I needed a tripod for taking pictures (minimally for this website). Didn’t need anything crazy like a full scale one, or anything dinky like a small version of a full scale. So, walla the “Gorilla” tripod:

Pros

Easy to use and to set up in nearly any imaginable configuration or place.

Sturdy and compact. Can easily be folded up, then taken out and twisted all over the place with feeling like your about to brake it.

Cons

While versatile it is not a full fledge tripod.

Bottom Line

A very useful tool that is easy to move around, pack up and then set up. All with out the feel of imminent damage being done. And you can put this thing is some really great spots for pictures.
