Squad Designated Marksman (SDM)
These are helpful power points I got from a friend after he went to AMUs (Army Marksmanship Unit) SDM (squad designated marksman). You can find these and more at their website. From personal experience (from attending their CQM, close quarters marksman) these guys are good. If you get the chance to go to one of their courses or talk to them, make sure to listen because they are very knowledgeable and helpful.
